Even a bit of rain couldn't dampen our good time at Avignon. The only rain of our trip happened here. Great convos with locals happened here. A leisurely lunch with delicious wine and great conversation happened here. The best meal of our entire trip happened here. Avignon is a place I'd like to visit again on my own and enjoy at a leisurely pace. It makes me think my next European trip on my own might be to a small locale rather than a big city.
