Sharing a layout - School's Out!

I had SUCH a good time making this layout a few days ago. I'm excited to share it with  you today. :)

On this page, I included two photos and several different patterned papers. The main paper is either from Crate Paper or Studio Calico, while the other pages came from a Crate Paper 6 X 6 paper pad. I was so proud of myself for using a paper pad! For my title block, I used some new Maggie Holmes gold foil stickers that I ordered from Amazon a few weeks ago. Dang it if those darn letters won't stick like they should! You know that's one of my pet peeves. Did I just get a weird batch, or have other people experienced this too? I swear I didn't unstick them and restick them; this is the result just from putting them on the page one time. I keep telling myself that they'll flatten down some once they're in a page protector.

Here's a look at the focal point photo. The diamond shaped embellishments are from a Studio Calico order I recently received.

And a couple of pics that show the journaling section nicely. This photo was from the end of last school year, and I have to say that making it definitely made the end of this year seem more real. I'm counting down the days until summer vacay and my amazing trips I have scheduled.

I used several Crate Paper embellishments on the page - the numbers, the flowers, the heart, the tag, etc. It makes me happy to use products from just one or two lines on a page because I know they'll mesh well together and look cohesive.

At the bottom of the layout, I used an ancient Basic Gray rubon on the paint strip paper for a subtle nod to the end of school. I thought it was kind of a fun touch.

Here's the whole layout one more time. This is definitely one that makes me happy!
