End of semester grades due meant that I spent several hours grading student essays. I have the rubrics done, but I'm still plugging away at the comments for each.
Lowder-dog needed a boost onto the chaise lounge. Short legs + round body + arthritis + old age mean that jumping is extra hard for this old man. (The box in the background houses a printer that the fella gave me since mine died a couple of weeks ago. Winner!)
I picked up my prescription sunglasses today. This year, I went with tortoiseshell frames that have gold trim. I feel quite retro in them - we'll see how the bifocal lenses in the sunglasses work out since I haven't had them in sunglasses before.
