Sharing a layout - Hello Love

How about some more Dear Lizzy product love? Lol - I hope you like it as much as I do.

Here's a simple layout that I made late one night last week. I was playing around with some new paper and wanted to use a photo that made me happy. I think I actually used this photo in my PL spread already, but that's okay. In fact, this is a photo that I like well enough to use more than once, so I'm not going to worry about whether it has been repeated or not.

Here's a closeup of the journaling in case you'd like to read it.

Grr- the glare on the top of the layout is driving me nuts, but hopefully you get a feel for the overall layout. I'd been looking for an excuse to use that sweet little fox embellishment for a while now, and thought the subtle "foxy lady" reference was appropriate.

Do you ever scrapbook the same photo more than once? What are your thoughts on this? I'm interested how other people approach this issue.

  1. What a fun layout - love that banner with flowers & your title! I can't think of a photo I've scrapped twice but I totally would. :D

  2. Yes -- I have used the same photo(s) more than once. It's not something I usually do. I made some digital pages with a set of photos and then ended up making traditional pages later with the same photos. (I do use photos I've already put into Shutterfly photo books onto scrapbook layouts. Does that count as using them twice?)

BTW: I LOVE the photo you used! What a great shot.
