Another meal-planning post

Better late than never, right? Here's the meal plan I have in place for this week. Now,the big question is whether I go ahead and go to the grocery today or whether I put it off until after school tomorrow or Tuesday. I should prob go ahead and knock it out today; I just hate going to the grocery. Anybody else feel that way? If you want to know what I'm making this week for meals, read on...

Breakfasts
1. Boiled eggs and toast
2. Pastries
3. Cereal
4. Leftover apples with peanut butter

Lunches
1. Frozen meals
2. Leftovers
3. PW Mexican pasta salad (I never got around to making this last week...)

Dinners
1. One pot pasta + salad (feed K & J that night?)
2. Salmon + squash casserole + Lima beans (the bag of frozen salmon filets I bought was huge!)
3. Homemade pizza (I didn't make this last week either)
4. Quick coq au vin (use rotisserie chicken for speed)
5. Homemade loaded nachos
6. Leftovers
7. Out with the fella (once or twice this week, I'm sure)

Desserts
1. Frozen peanut butter pie (the night K & J are here?)
