Hema store in Madrid

I hadn't planned on stopping in this store, but the bright colors from the window beckoned me as I wandered around Malasana one day last week. Located on Calle Fuencarral, this seems to be a chain that I first visited last year in Paris. Think of it as a combination of Five Below and the Target dollar spot merchandise if you're from the USA.

This store had a little bit of everything - jewelry, makeup, toys, housewares, food, and office supplies.

Upstairs, there was quite a large office supply section. Unsurprisingly, I spent a lot of time browsing here for some potential scrapbook goodies.

Prices and selection were good. I spent a total of 6 euros on 5 rolls of washi tape, some liquid glue, and a package of Bobby pins. Definitely a fun store to browse around in, I recommend to fellow frugal shoppers like me. :)
