My Vintage Fest haul

Here are a few pics of some of the yummy goodies I purchased at Vintage Fest last weekend:

The first four pics are all of product I bought from Jenni Bowlin at Vintage Fest. I got a ton of awesome stuff for not a lot of money - $61 total. Talk about some steals! Here's my embellishment purchase:

Here's a pic of paper and stickers:

Here's another pic of fabulous paper:

And another pic of fabulous paper - I counted out 42 new sheets of paper in all!

I made a quick jaunt over to Hobby Lobby on my way to Tracie's house and picked up a couple of yummy items there. I don't often go to HL because I never leave empty handed. Haha!

I snagged these goodies at Michael's on my way home from Vintage Fest. I'd jacked up my Cameo cutting mat and needed a new one, but the other things were just for fun. :)

I can't wait to start using some of these new papers and embellishments. In fact, I think I'll be using some this weekend and hopefully sharing some projects in the next couple of weeks.

I also bought the Amy Tangerine stitching stencils online and am itching to give them a try. Be on the lookout for some stitching on my layouts soon.

What are you in the market to purchase right now? What's on your wish list? What yummy goodies have you purchased recently? Inquiring minds want to know. :)

  2. I have recently bought some of the Heidi Swapp color shine paints and stencils (and the chipboard letters that have the design on them that comes out when you spritz the color shine on them). I'm looking to get over my fear of paint (not fear, really, but you get my drift) and start using these products I keep buying instead of hoarding them. Otherwise...haven't been purchasing too much because I've been purging. Less is more, less is more, less is...

Oh! I got that Heidi Swapp planner a while back, and I'm doing a sort of almanac with that. You know Elizabeth Dillow's scrapbook almanac? Kind of like that. It started out that I wanted to record my family's birthdays and anniversaries, so that when I make family calendars for gifts, I can just go to this planner for the dates of the birthdays and anniversaries. But it's so pretty, rather than have it be a calendar for one year, I am making it like an almanac. I am recording my creative projects on the actual calendar page (got that idea from you), and that will reflect THIS year's projects--the day I started the planner--but in future years, I can refer to the introductory pages and photos for the date information that I need for new calendars or projects.
