A layout to share - My Week

I thought I'd share a layout that was inspired by all of the "Currently" layouts that I see people sharing. Instead of talking about things I love, I thought I'd outline what my week looks like right now.

Here's the single page layout:

I chose 8.5 X 11 because I liked the idea of totally filling up the page. I didn't want there to be a lot of white space left. At first, I played with a 12 X 12 layout, but I liked the smaller size better ultimately.

I grabbed letter stickers by Jillibean Soup for the daily subtitles and pretty old American Crafts stickers for the title itself. I just wanted to use something very graphic and simple.

At first, I wasn't going to journal for each day, but then I realized my page really needed some details. I wish I'd thought of that before I added some of the embellishments, but I think it all worked out okay.

This was a page that came together in about an hour even though I didn't scraplift. Maybe my creative muscles are working a little better the more that I use them. I'm pretty happy with the result. It was fun to make and provides a snapshot of the rhythm of my life right now.

I hope you have something crafty planned this week - I'd love to hear about it!
