Sunday meal planning

Later today, I plan to go to the grocery for this week. Ultimately, I hope yo get back on a grocery schedule of once every ten days rather than once a week, but I think it'll take a while before m basic supplies are replenished enough fr that to work. I'm back to work full-time beginning tomorrow, so this week's meal plan takes that into account. Take a look at my plan for this week.

Breakfast (repeat each at least once)

1. Blueberry muffins
2. Boiled eggs
3. Peanut butter & apple slices

Lunch (repeat each at least once)

1. Leftovers
2. Frozen dinner
3. PW pasta salad

Dinner

Sunday - salmon, baked potato, and asparagus
Monday - eat at school/open house
Tuesday - copycat Olive Garden zuppa Toscana & bread
Wednesday - out with the fella
Thursday - shrimp scampi
Friday - out with Tracie
Saturday - homemade pizza

  1. We do a similar thing. Basically pack lunches of salad, fruit and protein. (hubs likes salmon, I'll do chicken or ground turkey meat or patties). I always boil eggs for a quick protein pick me up. Throw one on a tortilla with butter or mayo and of course cheese. yum! Dinner we are wishy washy with bc we work out 2 days of the week. But if we cook it's eaten the next day at lunch. It really helps to have it all lined up and planned for.

    Are you still using your fitbit? I bet you had a million miles while in Spain. One day we walked 9 miles and we did a bus tour!
